Demand & Inventory Specialist (m/w/d)
The Demand & Inventory Specialist is responsible for forecasting product demand, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring optimal stock availability across the supply chain. This role plays a critical part in balancing supply with customer demand, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Logistics.

- Analyze historical sales data and market trends of the Domestic and Export market
- Utilize statistical methods and AI based forecasting software to predict future demand
- Secure a balanced stock level for a proper supply to our customers
- Detect, monitor, and implement strategies to reduce slow-moving and surplus inventory
- Identify deviations from forecast and develop corrective actions in collaboration with our Head Quarter in France
- Data analysis of demand trends, inventory status and forecast accuracy
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing department to gather relevant information for accurate forecasting
- Continuous improvement of forecasting processes and methodologies
- Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings and contribute to alignment of demand and supply

YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training / studies
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in demand planning, inventory management or a similar role within the Supply Chain
- Strong capability in data analysis and statistical forecasting
- Experience with integrated planning software, especially AI-enhanced systems and SAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German as well as in English
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions
- Proactive mindset in addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement
- Good stackeholder management skills to build a bridge between back-office and front-office
