Job description

Reporting to the CEO of the Americas, this leader will operate across the business to shape priorities, drive decision-making cadence, and ensure alignment across functions and geographies. The role carries significant visibility and accountability for bringing clarity, discipline, and measurable progress to how the organization operates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic roadmap & execution

. Own and maintain strategic roadmaps across functions, regions, and key transformation initiatives
 .Translate enterprise strategy into clear execution plans with defined owners, milestones, and success metrics
 . Track progress against regional priorities and ensure delivery against business objectives

2. Executive operating cadence

. Design and lead the operating rhythm for the Americas Executive Committee (ExCom)
. Ensure decisions translate into clear actions, accountability, and follow-through
. Build and implement business review processes that drive insight, not just reporting

3. Strategic advisory

. Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, synthesizing complex inputs into clear recommendations
. Prepare executive-level materials and pressure-test strategic assumptions
. Act as a sparring partner to senior leaders across the Americas and European HQ

4. Transformation leadership

. Lead key transformation initiatives tied to operating model evolution and regional alignment
. Navigate organizational complexity, balancing global direction with regional execution needs
. Identify opportunities to streamline, improve, or challenge existing processes—and drive implementation

Profile

EDUCATION

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or another analytical discipline required
- MBA from a top-tier program strongly preferred
Candidates without an MBA should demonstrate equivalent analytical rigor through career progression and scope of responsibility

EXPERIENCE

5–8 years of total professional experience with a clearly accelerated trajectory
Background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., strategy, transformation, or
performance engagements) required

2–3+ years of post-consulting experience in a strategy, transformation, or equivalent operating role within a multinational environment required

Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end transformation initiatives—driving execution, not just advising

Experience working directly with C-suite or Executive Committee stakeholders in complex organizations

Exposure to multi-country or regional operations, ideally across the Americas

Background in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments preferred

Experience navigating global HQ and regional dynamics within an international organization is a strong differentiator

EXPERTISE

- Ability to structure and execute complex, cross-functional strategic roadmaps

- Translates strategy into clear, actionable plans with defined milestones and outcomes

 - Experience driving executive cadence (ExCom governance, business reviews, PMO structures)

- Strong analytical capability; synthesizes complex data into clear insights and decisions

- Solid financial and operational acumen (performance drivers, cost, margin)

- Operates effectively in ambiguity—bringing clarity, structure, and focus

- High credibility and judgment; able to influence senior leaders without formal authority

- Clear, structured communicator with a hypothesis-driven approach

- Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft 365; able to build and enhance reporting tools
