Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for cost control and analysis? We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. Cost Controller to play a crucial role in our Finance team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of cost calculations, driving variance analysis, and contributing to robust accounting and reporting processes. You will be a key finance business partner, supporting product launches, budgeting, and driving cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of manufacturing costs.


• Perform cost reconciliation and analyze cost variances, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.


• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information.


• Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to industrialization in third-party manufacturing.


• Operate within SAP, handling cost calculations, inventory valuation, and financial postings (SAP FICO, PP a plus).


• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to analyze cost deviations and improve cost efficiency.


• Provide financial support for product launch case studies.


• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing cost-related insights.


• Act as a finance business partner, leading relevant business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.


• 3 to 5 years of experience in cost accounting, treasury, cash flow management, or financial operations.


• Solid costing accounting background.


• Proficiency in SAP FICO (PP is a plus).


• Advanced proficiency in Excel.


• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI is a plus).


• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with finance, operations, and commercial teams.


• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.


• Adaptability and a growth-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
