We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support the Business Intelligence area of our regional office in Brazil. This Pricing Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity to directly influence our profitability and competitive edge! You'll be at the heart of our commercial strategy, diving deep into data to shape our pricing decisions and empower our teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive pricing analyses, from dissecting competitor strategies to understanding customer behavior, ultimately recommending impactful price adjustments and optimizations.
  • Become the guardian of our price lists and commercial rules within our systems, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations.
  • Design and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards that provide a clear, continuous view of our gross and net margin performance across various dimensions (product, customer, channel, etc.).
  • Actively monitor our discount policies, evaluating their impact on profitability and proactively suggesting improvements.
  • Be a trusted analytical partner for our commercial team, providing crucial data and simulations to support successful negotiations and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, ensuring our pricing strategies are perfectly aligned with overarching company goals.
  • Play a vital role in our Forecast and S&OP processes, contributing valuable data and insights.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to refine our pricing processes and strengthen margin/discount control.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on market trends and emerging pricing methodologies.
  • Efficiently execute essential pricing tasks, including new product setup, price audits, and support for internal and external audits.

 

 

Profile

What we're looking for:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university or business school.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in pricing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Business Intelligence, or related areas (including internships).
  • Native or full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
  • Experience with SAP (preferred).
