Job description

Reporting to the CEO, Americas, this leader will operate at the center of the business, connecting commercial, operations, and global teams to ensure alignment and delivery. The role carries full responsibility for end-to-end supply chain performance, with a focus on improving service levels, optimizing inventory, and driving cost efficiency across the network.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Supply Chain Strategy & Execution


· Own and drive the end-to-end supply chain strategy across the Americas, spanning planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution


· Translate business priorities into clear execution plans with defined metrics, timelines, and accountability


· Ensure alignment between commercial, operations, and finance to support growth and performance objectives


2. Demand Planning & S&OP Leadership


· Design and implement a robust, integrated demand planning and S&OP process across the region


· Establish a consistent planning cadence that improves visibility, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment


· Drive adoption of best practices and elevate planning maturity across all markets


3. Logistics & Network Management


· Oversee logistics operations and 3PL partnerships across inbound and outbound flows


· Optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks across a multi-country footprint


· Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities across storage, handling, and freight


4. Operational Excellence & Regional Leadership


· Lead key transformation initiatives tied to operating model evolution and regional alignment


· Navigate organizational complexity, balancing global direction with regional execution needs


· Identify and drive opportunities to streamline and improve processes across planning, logistics, and execution—elevating data quality, analytics capabilities, and decision-making frameworks across the region

Profile

EDUCATION


· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field required


· Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred


· Experience15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership within industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments


· Proven track record leading end-to-end supply chain functions, including planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution


· Experience operating across multiple countries within the Americas, managing regional complexity and diverse operating models


· Demonstrated success improving service levels, inventory performance, and cost efficiency at scale


· Experience leading or implementing demand planning and S&OP processes across a regional or global organization


· Strong, hands-on experience with SAP, including its application across planning, inventory, and logistics processes


· Experience managing 3PL providers, logistics networks, and transportation strategies (inbound and outbound)


· Exposure to consulting or transformation environments is a plus


EXPERTISE


· Deep expertise in demand planning, S&OP, and end-to-end supply chain planning


· Strong understanding of inventory management and service vs. cost optimization


· Logistics network design across land and maritime environments


· Supply chain analytics, performance management, and KPI-driven decision-making


· 3PL management and distribution strategy


· Risk management and supply chain resilience


· Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving environment


· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global teams
