The Program Director, Digital &amp; Data is responsible for defining and executing the digital and data transformation strategy across the Americas. This role acts as a key bridge between business, IT, and transformation teams, ensuring that digital initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value. The position plays a central role in building data capabilities, enabling advanced analytics, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital &amp; Data Strategy

• Define and drive the Americas digital and data strategy aligned with business priorities
• Translate strategy into a clear, ROI-driven transformation roadmap
• Act as the key interface between business, IT, and transformation teams
Data, Systems &amp; Transformation Delivery

• Oversee scalable data architecture, governance, and system integration (ERP, CRM, BI)
• Lead cross-functional digital transformation programs and high-impact use cases
• Ensure reliable, secure, and accessible data across the organization
Adoption, Performance &amp; Leadership

• Drive adoption of analytics and foster a data-driven culture across business units
• Enable teams through tools, training, and business-focused solutions
• Manage external partners and lead a high-performing digital &amp; data team&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required
• MBA or advanced degree from a leading institution is a plus
EXPERIENCE

• 8–12 years of experience in digital, data, or analytics leadership roles
• Background combining consulting (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte) and hands-on industry execution
• Proven experience leading data transformation programs in industrial or B2B environments
• Experience operating across multi-country or regional organizations
• Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional digital programs

EXPERTISE

• Data architecture, platforms, and governance frameworks
• Business analytics and translation of business needs into actionable use cases
• Digital program delivery and PMO discipline
• Systems knowledge including ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM, B2B platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft 365 suite)
• Vendor and partner management in technology environments
• ROI-driven prioritization and value creation mindset
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT functions
• Change management and promotion of data-driven culture
• Cybersecurity awareness and compliance alignment

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• Strong communication and leadership skills in complex, cross-functional environments
• Ability to bridge strategic vision with hands-on execution
• International exposure and ability to operate across diverse markets
• Spanish and Portuguese language skills are a strong advantage&lt;br /&gt;
