Position description :
The Head of Finance, Americas is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, governance, and strategic decision support across a complex, multi-country region. Reporting to the CEO, Americas, this role ensures strong financial discipline, accurate reporting, and alignment with global standards, while acting as a key business partner to support growth, profitability, and transformation initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Strategy & Performance • Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the Americas • Monitor and drive regional P&L performance, ensuring strong cost control and financial discipline • Optimize working capital and cash flow management • Support strategic decisions, investments, and CapEx through robust financial analysis and scenario planning Governance, Compliance & Transformation • Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and alignment with global finance standards • Oversee compliance, internal controls, and regional tax and regulatory matters • Drive finance transformation initiatives, including systems, processes, and reporting improvements • Maintain strong risk management practices and financial transparency Business Partnering & Leadership • Act as a trusted finance partner to RexCOM and regional leadership, leading performance reviews • Build and strengthen finance business partnering across functions and markets • Lead, develop, and align regional finance teams in a multi-country environment • Foster a high-performance culture with strong analytical rigor and accountability

EDUCATION • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required • MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus EXPERIENCE • 12–18 years of experience in finance leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Head of Finance, FP&A) • Strong expertise in P&L management, cash flow optimization, and financial planning • Experience operating in multi-country environments, ideally across the Americas • Proven track record in business partnering and supporting strategic decisions • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with strong preference for SAP • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments preferred • Exposure to Brazil finance, including SAP and tax systems, is a strong advantage EXPERTISE • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (FP&A) • P&L management and performance optimization • Cash flow and working capital management • Financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls • Tax and regulatory management in multi-country environments • ERP systems and finance transformation (SAP preferred) • Scenario planning, risk analysis, and investment evaluation • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making • Business partnering and stakeholder management at executive level

Position description :
In the MOTUL IT Business Applications department, the internal Finance consultant reports to the Business Support Manager. He/She is responsible for managing running activities (requests, incidents, corrective and evolutive maintenance) as well as contributing to Business projects (deployment of core model in new countries, core model enhancement, S/4HANA transition, integration of new SAP satellites…). The scope is composed of mainly SAP ERP FI/CO domain (ECC6 then S/4HANA), Procure to Pay and eInvoicing. The internal consultant is particularly in charge of: · Adhering and sticking to internal IT operating model, including technology standards, deployment methodology, release management, change management, time management and other related processes and procedures · Contribute to global solution architecture and ensure a core model approach · Building and maintaining documentation · Contributing to Key Users training (train the trainers approach) and training material building · Collaborating with other IT functional and technical teams as well as TMA teams (on site, nearshore)

Expert in SAP FI/CO modules, good knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules Knowledge for electronic invoicing and dematerialization for account payable and receivable Able to manage in parallel running activities and projects Willing and ability to become a domain lead Project management Very good contact with Business stakeholders
