 What You Will Be Doing
Drive PCMO sales growth throughout the Northeast U.S. region (from Baltimore to New York City) by building strong relationships with existing/new repair shops and distributors, by effectively calling and visiting both retail and distributor’s sales teams.   
Identify and onboard new business with repair shops, fleet operators and municipalities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Motul’s national objectives.
Represent Motul at key Industry events, Customer visits, and training sessions.
Deliver product training and support on Motul’s products to customers ensuring optimal application and while driving increased sales and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to meet regional goals.
Collaborate with the marketing, supply chain, technical and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage contracts, support collections, and ensure regional budget compliance.
Track competitor activity and provide insights to strengthen Motul’s market position.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What You Bring
3-8 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably in lubricants and oil.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
Deep understanding of lubricant products and applications in the automotive segment.
Proven history of autonomous field work: identifying prospects, conducting shop visits, cold calling, nurturing accounts face‑to‑face,
and driving territory growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High degree of autonomy and organization; able to prioritize effectively across a wide territory.
Strong skills in tools : CRM (Zoho), sales reporting (Power BI), Presentation (PPT), ERP(SAP), MS Office, Excel and remote collaboration.  
Willingness to travel frequently up to 70% of the time (valid driver license required).
Able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.

Implement Motul's long-term vision, mission, values and goals, in collaboration with the entire sales team
Build and partner with a network of distributors to develop and implement Motul sales strategy
Develop and review guidelines, pricing, product mix and brand portfolio
Regular monitoring and review of sales performance with distributors and improvement of sales strategies
Monitor sales figures and annual targets of distributors/wholesalers Develop and lead efforts to meet overall sales plan in area of responsibility
Develop and maintain business contacts with distributors, wholesalers, repair shops and MOTUL customers
Actively contact potential customers and acquire new customers in the automotive and motorcycle industries
Preparation and delivery of customer promotions and offers in close cooperation with distributors, wholesalers and workshops
Manage marketing activities in Adria Region in collaboration with Motul Marketing department
Participation in sales meetings of customers, wholesalers and distributors Development, implementation and support of MOTUL promotions
Trade visits to workshops, accessory shops
Monitoring of customer orders and control of their timely execution Carrying out competitor analyses
Cooperation with original equipment manufacturers, associations (motorsports, industry associations, etc.) and the press

YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!
 A residence in the Basingstoke area or surrounding region (Grosvenor House, Basing View, Hampshire. RG21 4HG) is beneficial, but not a mandatory requirement
You are currently living in Slovenia or Croatia
University degree (Bachelor)
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Development and Sales, coming from the lubricants or automotive sector
Traceable 3 years of experience in leading sales and/or marketing teams
General knowledge in the majority of operations related systems (ERP) and profound knowledge of MS Office  (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Field tested technical skills
Project Management skills
Financial understanding and experience. In his previous organization he must have knowledge of costing &amp; margin  calculations and a good understanding of P&amp;L and Supply Chain
Demonstrable success in negotiation of high value contracts with customers
Knowledge and experience of making Marketing &amp; Promotion strategy at global level; comprising of:
 Selection and implementation of proper marketing tools to increase the market     share
Customer specific strategy
Experience in global logistics and material movement projects and cost understanding in such projects
Language: Fluent in Slovenian  or Croatian and business fluent English skills (verbal and written)

Visit all local branches of Inter Cars, Auto Partner, Interland (and other) in the designated area to build commercial relations with the branch managers and salespeople 
Manage network customers within the limits of influence
Driving Motul diversification in the area
Data analysis to review sales performance and reporting
Competitor mapping
Support local salespeople in the area
Support for trade fairs/roadshows, trade promos with local branches
Manage customers in order to clarify daily business (order intake, tracking, control and adaptation, credit notes, claim handling, product returns, debit notes), delivery time tracking in SAP and CRM. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Key Account Verantwortung: Betreuung und Ausbau strategisch wichtiger Kunden und OEMs im Bereich Powersports. 
Vertriebspartner-Konzepte: Entwicklung, Implementierung und Monitoring von Partnerschaftsprogrammen. 
Partner-Coaching: Beratung und Training unserer Vertriebspartner und deren Verkaufsteams – mit technischer Kompetenz und Verkaufsstärke. 
Marktanteile steigern: Umsetzung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Umsatz- und Marktanteilssteigerung. 
Produkt-Fokus: Vorantreiben des Wachstums unserer Kernprodukte – Motorradöle (2T/4T), MC Care, Additive, Kühlmittel, Gabel- und Dämpferöle sowie Marine. 
Innovation &amp; Nachhaltigkeit: Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung von MC Care und unserer nachhaltigen Produktlinie NGEN.

Dein Profil – Qualifikation trifft Persönlichkeit
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Powersports/Motorrad. 
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (technisch oder kaufmännisch).
Konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, hohe Eigenmotivation und Zielorientierung. 
Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke, Teamplayer mit Überzeugungskraft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit.
Digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands.
Du fährst selbst aktiv Motorrad und bist in der Szene zu Hause.
Führerschein Klasse A (Motorrad) und B (Pkw).
