The Head of Finance, Americas is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, governance, and strategic decision support across a complex, multi-country region. Reporting to the CEO, Americas, this role ensures strong financial discipline, accurate reporting, and alignment with global standards, while acting as a key business partner to support growth, profitability, and transformation initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Strategy &amp; Performance

• Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the Americas
• Monitor and drive regional P&amp;L performance, ensuring strong cost control and financial discipline
• Optimize working capital and cash flow management
• Support strategic decisions, investments, and CapEx through robust financial analysis and scenario planning
Governance, Compliance &amp; Transformation

• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and alignment with global finance standards
• Oversee compliance, internal controls, and regional tax and regulatory matters
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including systems, processes, and reporting improvements
• Maintain strong risk management practices and financial transparency
Business Partnering &amp; Leadership

• Act as a trusted finance partner to RexCOM and regional leadership, leading performance reviews
• Build and strengthen finance business partnering across functions and markets
• Lead, develop, and align regional finance teams in a multi-country environment
• Foster a high-performance culture with strong analytical rigor and accountability&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required
• MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus
EXPERIENCE

• 12–18 years of experience in finance leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Head of Finance, FP&amp;A)
• Strong expertise in P&amp;L management, cash flow optimization, and financial planning
• Experience operating in multi-country environments, ideally across the Americas
• Proven track record in business partnering and supporting strategic decisions
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with strong preference for SAP
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments preferred
• Exposure to Brazil finance, including SAP and tax systems, is a strong advantage

Votre rôle en tant que Acheteur Achats Indirects Confirmé:
-Coordonner et Piloter les missions d’achats sur son périmètre : Veille stratégique, identification et mutualisation des besoins de l’entreprise, formalisation des cahiers des charges en collaboration avec les clients internes, prospection et sélection des fournisseurs, gestion d’appels d’offres, négociations diverses, contractualisation, suivi des commandes et gestion des litiges, respect des normes et des réglementations (conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur et les engagements RSE), utilisation et optimisation des bases de données et des outils achats internes, contrôle de la bonne exécution des contrats et évaluation de la performance Achats de son périmètre.
- Animer le panel existant de fournisseurs en contribuant à sa rationalisation et en procédant à son évaluation annuelle.
- Intégrer une équipe Achats Indirects récente en pleine transformation et se fera le Relais de la stratégie Achats auprès des différents interlocuteurs et fonctions supports internes du Groupe en France et à l’étranger, tout en contribuant à l’amélioration et à l’optimisation des process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
A propos de toi :
Tu as de belles expériences sur un poste d’acheteur Achats indirects (idéalement 5 ans ou plus).

Tu as une maîtrise des techniques d’Achats (sourcing, négociation, contractualisation, optimisation, reporting)
.
Tu es très à l'aise avec l'anglais.

Tu es capable de t'adapter à toute situation tout en sachant gérer les urgence.

Tu maitrises Excel et de Power BI, de SAP et des outils bureautiques.

1. Financial close and reporting

Education / Qualification:
1)     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
2)     Master’s degree preferred
Experience needed:
1) 5+yrs experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
2) Experience in a senior accounting role or as a lead accountant in a medium to large-sized organization.
3) Direct involvement in external audits, preparing necessary documentation, responding to auditor queries, and ensuring compliance with regulations.&lt;br /&gt;

Field Technical Sales Support (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSION
Contributing to the creation and development of webinars for technical product and Motul concept training sessions
Conducting online training and providing consultation to our customers and dealers
Building and maintaining relevant databases and technical portals, as well as further developing the associated tools
Supporting the creation of technical content for marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media, product campaigns) in close cooperation with the marketing team
Occasional on-site support for training and educational activities of our sales partners
Providing technical consulting and support to sponsorship and brand ambassador teams (e.g. motorsport, bike, influencers
Reviewing, verifying and coordinating translations of product catalogs, technical documentation and marketing materials
Preparing and validating product descriptions for online platforms, including technical specifications and key selling points
Handling warranty and goodwill processes together with customers and our suppliers
Developing seminar content and creating product presentations in close coordination with Motul’s lead technical trainer
Supporting the development and review of technical data sheets and product documentation
Providing telephone support, application advice, and technical documentation
Analyzing customer calls, gathering information to improve efficiency, and redesigning processes
Contributing to technical developments, concepts, and technical marketing activities&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!
Technician or consultant in the automotive sector, or a comparable qualification with strong affinity for automotive and motorcycle technology, lubricants, and chemical‑technical products
Strong interest in digital applications and communication trends
At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the automotive or motorcycle industry
Initial experience in training and the ability to present technical contexts clearly and understandably
Very good command of MS Office applications and experience with database maintenance
Fluent in the Polish language both written and spoken
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong customer and service orientation, organizational talent, and ability to work in a team
Occasional willingness to travel
