We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Laboratory Technician to join our Quality team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, and Quality teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, traded products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications
Review and validate supplier Certificates of Analysis and issue CoAs for finished products
Record, manage, and verify laboratory data in LIMS, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance
Maintain statistical data for process monitoring and quality reporting
Support investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) results, including re-sampling, testing, and data collection
Assist in root cause analysis and documentation of non-conforming materials
Participate in product and process audits and provide analytical support for customer requirements and technical service activities
Maintain laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, maintenance, method implementation, and sample/document control
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including optimization of testing methods and laboratory procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, and Quality teams to support production and quality objectives
Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory standards, and safety requirements, and support internal/external audits&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What We’re Looking For
Familiarity with analytical techniques and laboratory equipment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of LIMS and quality systems is a plus
Knowledge of physicochemical testing methods and laboratory techniques
Ability to perform analysis and accurately interpret results
Experience identifying and supporting investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results
Familiarity with laboratory method validation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Understanding of statistical tools for monitoring and controlling quality parameters
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data recording, analysis, and reporting.
Education &amp; Experience
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field preferred.
Technical diploma or equivalent laboratory training in chemical analysis or quality control may be considered with relevant experience
1–3 years of laboratory or quality control experience preferably in: lubricants, metalworking fluids, specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, industrial manufacturing environments

About the role
The Demand Planning Lead supports the North America BU’s growth strategy and owns all linked supply chain initiatives surrounding demand planning, forecasting, inventories, and S&amp;OP planning.
1. S&amp;OP and Forecasting
Lead the monthly S&amp;OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely decision-making, and clear communication of risks and opportunities
Design and improve standardized demand planning and S&amp;OP processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across all channels (retail, distributors, Tier 1, eCommerce)
Monitor forecast accuracy using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
Identify supply-demand imbalances and propose actionable, scenario-based solutions
Partner with Channel Leads to improve forecast accuracy and service levels
2. Inventory Management
Define and manage inventory strategies, including safety stock policies and ABC segmentation
Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory (SLOB) and improve inventory health
3. Reporting, Analysis &amp; Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and key customers
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP, including master data management
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for planning processes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education / Qualification: 
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required  
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus 
 
Experience needed: 
8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related functions 
Proven experience managing or leading S&amp;OP processes in a cross-functional environment 
Demonstrated track record of improving forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and planning processes 
Deep knowledge of key inventory performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, MAPE, bias, safety stock, ABC, etc.
Experience in multi-channel environments (e.g., retail, distribution, eCommerce, Tier 1 accounts)
Strong exposure to data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and inventory optimization 
IT Knowledge:

• 10–12 years of experience in IT applications or systems leadership roles
• Strong ERP experience (SAP or equivalent), including multi-country rollouts
• Proven track record managing complex IT programs and large-scale system deployments
• Experience operating in multi-country or regional environments (Americas preferred)
• Strong exposure to business processes (finance, supply chain, sales)
• Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and IT budgets

Verantwortung für den Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) Prozess mit Fokus auf Absatz‑, Bestands‑ und Produktionsplanung.
Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Forecast‑Modellen, einschließlich statistischer Verfahren und datenbasierter Szenarienanalysen.

YOUR PROFILE: EXPERTISE MEETS STRUCTURE!
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data Analytics, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Bereichen wie Demand Planning, S&amp;OP, Supply Chain Controlling oder Supply Chain Analytics.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Forecasting-Methoden, statistischen Modellen und Bestandsoptimierung.
Hohe Datenaffinität und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Power BI, SAP APO/IBP oder vergleichbaren Planungssystemen.
Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Denkweise und starkes Prozessverständnis.

The position reports to the current Sales &amp; Marketing and Procurement &amp; Supply Chain domain lead.
He/She is responsible for managing running activities (requests, incidents, corrective and evolutive maintenance) as well as contributing to Business projects (deployment of core model in new countries, core model enhancement, S/4HANA transition, integration of new SAP satellites…).
As SAP SD/MM expert, the internal consultant is particularly in charge of :
Adhering and sticking to internal IT operating model, including technology standards, deployment methodology, release management, change management, time management and other related processes and procedures

 Contribute to global solution architecture and ensure a core model approach. He is the functional architect insuring smooth integration between SD/MM module and other modules (FI, PP, QM…) or external applications (IBP, Intershop, MS Dynamics, Powerapps…)

 Building and maintaining documentation

 Contributing to Key Users training (train the trainers approach) and training material building

 Collaborating with other IT functional and technical teams as well as TMA teams (on site, nearshore)

 As a member of the Sales &amp; Marketing and Procurement &amp; Supply Chain domains, he/she could manage other solutions linked with SAP.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
 About you :
- You have an ability to work in an international environment within a human-sized team.
- You have SAP Certifications and/or official trainings in the related modules (SD &amp; MM) for SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.
- You have a huge expérience in SAP SD/MM modules.
- You know how to manage several projects at once and make decisions.

Lead Supply Chain operations, including planning, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management, ensuring operational efficiency and service level compliance.
Manage and develop a lean Supply Chain team, fostering engagement, professional development, and high performance.
Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in logistics processes and implement action plans to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
Lead transformation projects within the Supply Chain/Operations area, focusing on process improvement, systems optimization, and operational governance.
Review and optimize distribution models and distribution center structures, assessing operational, tax, and system-related risks and opportunities.
Implement and manage logistics SLAs and KPIs, ensuring appropriate service levels and improved customer perception.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and international headquarters to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of local operations.
Ensure efficient inventory management considering hybrid operations (local production and finished goods imports).
Interact with company executives in Brazil, reporting results, risks, and improvement plans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Responsible for leading and developing the Supply Chain and Operations area, ensuring efficiency across planning, warehousing, and distribution activities. The role will also drive operational improvements and transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing logistics efficiency, customer service levels, and integration with headquarters and other company functions.&lt;br /&gt;
