We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Laboratory Technician to join our Quality team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, and Quality teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, traded products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications
Review and validate supplier Certificates of Analysis and issue CoAs for finished products
Record, manage, and verify laboratory data in LIMS, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance
Maintain statistical data for process monitoring and quality reporting
Support investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) results, including re-sampling, testing, and data collection
Assist in root cause analysis and documentation of non-conforming materials
Participate in product and process audits and provide analytical support for customer requirements and technical service activities
Maintain laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, maintenance, method implementation, and sample/document control
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including optimization of testing methods and laboratory procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, and Quality teams to support production and quality objectives
Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory standards, and safety requirements, and support internal/external audits&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What We’re Looking For
Familiarity with analytical techniques and laboratory equipment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of LIMS and quality systems is a plus
Knowledge of physicochemical testing methods and laboratory techniques
Ability to perform analysis and accurately interpret results
Experience identifying and supporting investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results
Familiarity with laboratory method validation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Understanding of statistical tools for monitoring and controlling quality parameters
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data recording, analysis, and reporting.
Education &amp; Experience
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field preferred.
Technical diploma or equivalent laboratory training in chemical analysis or quality control may be considered with relevant experience
1–3 years of laboratory or quality control experience preferably in: lubricants, metalworking fluids, specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, industrial manufacturing environments

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la Business Unit, le/la titulaire du poste sera en charge de la mise en place et du déploiement opérationnel sur le terrain, du plan marketing, en vue de développer nos ventes.
Il/elle aura la responsabilité de traduire sur un plan marketing opérationnel la stratégie définie sur les marchés et canaux de vente.
De plus, il/elle aura en charge la gestion des actions de communication pour la BU France (relations presse, communication média, évènements, foires et salons)
Missions principales : Définir et mettre en place la stratégie marketing pour la BU France sur les marchés aftermarket auto/moto/utilitaires :
Le management d’une équipe marketing de 7 personnes/3,5 M€ de budget avec comme objectif de :
· Piloter, en accord avec la direction et le directeur des ventes, la mise en œuvre opérationnelle du plan marketing de la business unit, à savoir le développement de l’offre et sa visibilité sur le marché français et les marchés internationaux dans le but de développer les ventes,
· S’assurer de la définition d’un plan trade-marketing par canal de vente par les collaborateurs
· Définir et gérer l’ensemble des budgets marketing,
· Analyser les performances des actions marketing de la business unit, ainsi que les évolutions de besoins du marché afin d’orienter les plans d’actions qui en découlent (recommandations, actions correctives, …) et ce, en étroite collaboration avec le service commercial,
· Mettre en place des plans de lancement nouveaux produits,
· Assurer le soutien marketing aux équipes commerciales, notamment les outils d’aide au développement des ventes,
· Mener des études de marché, analyser la concurrence et exploiter la veille concurrentielle,
· Assurer l’analyse de nos ventes afin d’optimiser nos prévisions de ventes et permettre au service Supply d’optimiser les outils industriels,
· Définir et garantir la politique tarifaire,
· Définir le plan de communication opérationnelle en liaison avec le service communication corporate,
· Définir la stratégie Relations Presse et assurer sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle,
· Gérer et développer la politique évènementielle (compétitions des sports mécaniques, salons, etc., …).
Missions secondaires
· Alimenter les opérationnels et la hiérarchie avec les informations du marché
· Analyse des roads to Market et positionnements pricing des gammes en fonction de celles-ci
· Être support sur les évènements majeurs

Le candidat doit avoir un Bac+5 en commerce avec au moins 10 ans d’expérience en marketing et communication, dont 5 ans en management, une maîtrise de l’anglais, une orientation business, et idéalement une expérience dans l’automobile. Les compétences comportementales demandées incluent le management d’équipe, la communication, l’analyse et la rigueur.&lt;br /&gt;

We are looking for a Lead Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-potential territory across Southern California. This role is designed for a hands-on, technically strong sales professional with metalworking experience who is ready to take the next step toward leadership. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic sales execution, protecting and growing your territory while developing strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in CNC machining, aerospace manufacturing, and metal forming operations.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing sales activity while supporting technical initiatives in the field.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute territory growth strategies, focusing on existing accounts to maximize value.
Analyze market potential and assess the value of current and prospective customers to drive territory growth.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor on metalworking fluids and forming lubricants to distributors and customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, ensuring excellent service and solution delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams (R&amp;D, marketing, technical support) to drive customer success.
Provide updates on customer activity, pricing, competitive landscape, and product performance.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, including daily activity logs and sales pipeline tracking.
This role is designed with a clear path to team management.
Mentor service engineers, and develop the skills needed to manage a team.

Leadership potential 
Proven success selling into CNC machine shops, aerospace manufacturers, and metal forming operations
Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts while maintaining high-margin relationships
Self-motivated, field-oriented, and comfortable managing complex accounts
Skilled at analyzing data to inform sales strategies and make impactful decisions
