Votre mission
En tant que Responsable Transport, vous pilotez la performance globale du transport (amont et aval) dans un environnement industriel international.
Rattaché au Responsable Logistique/Transport, vous garantissez la fluidité des flux, la compétitivité économique et environnementale, ainsi que la qualité de service, dans un contexte exigeant et soumis à des aléas logistiques fréquents.

Vos responsabilités
1. Définition de la stratégie transport &amp; pilotage des partenaires
Définir et déployer la stratégie transport Groupe en lien avec les équipes Supply Chain et les filiales
Piloter les appels d’offres internationaux et négocier les contrats transport (tarifs, SLA, KPI, pénalités, responsabilités)
Structurer et optimiser le panel de transporteurs et transitaires (≈20 partenaires)
Instaurer une gouvernance claire des prestataires (comités de pilotage, revues de performance)

2. Pilotage des opérations de transport
Superviser les flux routiers et maritimes (export, intersites, distribution)
Arbitrer les priorités opérationnelles (clients stratégiques, urgences, contraintes capacitaires)
Gérer les incidents transport (sécurisation, vols, no-show, blocages)
Activer et piloter les plans de continuité en contexte de crise

3. Maîtrise des coûts &amp; fiabilité financière
Piloter les coûts transport (achat &amp; vente) et en garantir la fiabilité
Suivre les engagements financiers (commandes, provisions, facturation)
Analyser les écarts et anomalies (factures, incoterms, provisions)
Contribuer à la robustesse des processus Finance / Supply Chain

4. Coordination transverse &amp; influence interne
Être le point de référence transport entre Supply Chain, Finance, Service Clients et partenaires externes
Animer et accompagner les équipes internationales (12 filiales)
Identifier les risques majeurs (capacités, dépendances, géopolitiques) et définir des plans de contingence

5. Performance transport &amp; transformation
Définir et piloter les indicateurs clés (taux de service, délais, coûts, CO₂)
Conduire les revues de performance transporteurs et plans d’amélioration
Déployer la roadmap RSE transport (réduction CO₂, multimodal, optimisation des flux)
Piloter les projets de transformation (TMS, digitalisation, optimisation des schémas logistiques)
Identifier et délivrer des gains durables (coûts, délais, qualité)

6. Décision &amp; arbitrage opérationnel
Arbitrer au quotidien entre coût, service, sécurité et délai
Prendre des décisions rapides en environnement contraint (crises, tensions capacitaires)
Préparer les dossiers de décision stratégiques pour la Direction Générale&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Votre profil
Expérience &amp; compétences
Expérience significative (7-10 ans minimum) en transport international (routier et maritime)
Environnement chargeur industriel, transporteur ou transitaire
Maîtrise des réglementations transport (incluant matières dangereuses) et Incoterms
Expertise en négociation et gestion contractuelle
Expérience avérée de gestion de crise logistique

Forte autonomie et capacité de décision
Excellente capacité d’analyse et orientation résultats
Leadership transverse et influence à l’international
Esprit critique et force de proposition (challenger des modèles existants)

Langues
Français et Anglais : niveau courant (C1)

• Lead category growth initiatives and diversification beyond core product segments
Market Insight &amp; Cross-Functional Leadership

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Track product performance and profitability, identifying improvement opportunities
• Collaborate closely with R&amp;D, Operations, and Sales to align strategy and execution&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
EXPERIENCE

• 10–15 years of experience in product management or marketing within B2B environments
• Strong track record in portfolio strategy, pricing, and margin management
• Experience managing complex product portfolios across multiple markets
• Demonstrated ability to drive product launches and lifecycle management
• Experience working in industrial, lubricants, automotive, or related sectors preferred
• Proven ability to operate in a market-driven, commercially focused environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Strategy &amp; Performance

• Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the Americas

• Optimize working capital and cash flow management
• Support strategic decisions, investments, and CapEx through robust financial analysis and scenario planning

• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including systems, processes, and reporting improvements

Business Partnering &amp; Leadership

• Act as a trusted finance partner to RexCOM and regional leadership, leading performance reviews
• Build and strengthen finance business partnering across functions and markets
• Lead, develop, and align regional finance teams in a multi-country environment
• Foster a high-performance culture with strong analytical rigor and accountability&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required
• MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus
EXPERIENCE

• 12–18 years of experience in finance leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Head of Finance, FP&amp;A)
• Strong expertise in P&amp;L management, cash flow optimization, and financial planning
• Experience operating in multi-country environments, ideally across the Americas
• Proven track record in business partnering and supporting strategic decisions
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with strong preference for SAP
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments preferred
• Exposure to Brazil finance, including SAP and tax systems, is a strong advantage
