As Business Development Manager Manager Western Balkans you are responsible for the development of the sales distribution structure and sales management in the region according to the specifications of MOTUL Deutschland GmbH. You open new market segments and business areas and promote strategic market development.In this position, you will be responsible for the following countries: Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Albania, Montenegro,Serbia.

YOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSION

Implement Motul's long-term vision, mission, values and goals, in collaboration with the entire sales team
Build and partner with a network of distributors to develop and implement Motul sales strategy
Develop and review guidelines, pricing, product mix and brand portfolio
Regular monitoring and review of sales performance with distributors and improvement of sales strategies
Monitor sales figures and annual targets of distributors/wholesalers Develop and lead efforts to meet overall sales plan in area of responsibility
Develop and maintain business contacts with distributors, wholesalers, repair shops and MOTUL customers
Actively contact potential customers and acquire new customers in the automotive and motorcycle industries
Preparation and delivery of customer promotions and offers in close cooperation with distributors, wholesalers and workshops
Manage marketing activities in Adria Region in collaboration with Motul Marketing department
Participation in sales meetings of customers, wholesalers and distributors Development, implementation and support of MOTUL promotions
Trade visits to workshops, accessory shops
Monitoring of customer orders and control of their timely execution Carrying out competitor analyses
Cooperation with original equipment manufacturers, associations (motorsports, industry associations, etc.) and the press
Representation of MOTUL at trade fairs, motorsport events, associations&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!
 A residence in the Basingstoke area or surrounding region (Grosvenor House, Basing View, Hampshire. RG21 4HG) is beneficial, but not a mandatory requirement
You are currently living in Slovenia or Croatia
University degree (Bachelor)
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Development and Sales, coming from the lubricants or automotive sector
Traceable 3 years of experience in leading sales and/or marketing teams
General knowledge in the majority of operations related systems (ERP) and profound knowledge of MS Office  (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Field tested technical skills
Project Management skills
Financial understanding and experience. In his previous organization he must have knowledge of costing &amp; margin  calculations and a good understanding of P&amp;L and Supply Chain
Demonstrable success in negotiation of high value contracts with customers
Knowledge and experience of making Marketing &amp; Promotion strategy at global level; comprising of:
 Selection and implementation of proper marketing tools to increase the market     share
Customer specific strategy
Experience in global logistics and material movement projects and cost understanding in such projects
Language: Fluent in Slovenian  or Croatian and business fluent English skills (verbal and written)

Buscamos un Profesional Técnico con sólida experiencia en la industria Automotriz, capaz de combinar conocimientos técnicos con habilidades comerciales. El objetivo principal del puesto es formar y capacitar a mecánicos y personal técnico en el uso adecuado de nuestros productos, al tiempo que se identifican oportunidades de upselling para incrementar la venta de lubricantes premium y gamas de productos que contribuyen a la diversificación del negocio. Capaz de trasladar las necesidades del mercado a los interlocutores necesarios (Product Managers y Dirección Comercial) y realizar el programa de formación al usuario final (taller mecánico y reseller).
El candidato ideal será una persona proactiva, con pasión por la formación técnica y con capacidad para convertir cada interacción técnica en una oportunidad comercial estratégica y buen comunicador.

(1)   SOPORTE TECNICO EXTERNO
·         Diseñar y ejecutar programas de capacitación técnica para mecánicos, talleres y distribuidores sobre productos, aplicaciones y mejores prácticas en lubricación.
·         Realizar visitas periódicas a talleres, concesionarios y puntos de servicio para brindar soporte técnico y asesoría.
·         Identificar oportunidades de upselling durante las capacitaciones o asesorías, promoviendo productos premium y nuevas gamas de productos que apoyen la diversificación del negocio.
·         Asesorar a clientes en la correcta selección y aplicación de lubricantes para maximizar rendimiento y eficiencia.
·         Responsible técnico Motul Evo, puesta en marcha 

(2)   SUPORTE TECNICO INTERNO
·         Colaborar con el equipo de Marketing para desarrollar estrategias que integren aspectos técnicos y comerciales, fomentando la diversificación del portafolio.
·         Elaborar material técnico (fichas técnicas, presentaciones, manuales, videos) para formación y soporte en campo.
·         Dar soporte en la resolución de problemas técnicos a equipos internos y distribuidores.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias, nuevos productos y tecnologías en la industria de lubricación automotriz e industrial, compartiendo la información con las áreas internas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education / Qualification:      (1) bachelor's or master's Degree from University or Business School preferably in Mechanical Engineering

Experience needed:               
  Formación técnica o ingeniería en mecánica automotriz, química, petroquímica o afines.
  Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en la industria de lubricantes, automotriz o similar.
  Habilidades comprobadas en capacitación y comunicación técnica.
  Experiencia o conocimientos en ventas técnicas, upselling y diversificación de productos.
  Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
  Orientación a resultados y habilidades interpersonales para interactuar con clientes y equipos internos.
  Disponibilidad para viajar y pernoctar.
  Buen comunicador
