The Technical Sales Representative for the Italian market is responsible for the commercial development of the MotulTech range (industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids), contributing to business expansion through the acquisition of new customers and the consolidation of the existing portfolio.
The position serves as a technical and commercial point of contact for end customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders, also supporting product development and the optimization of industrial applications.

Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market in the industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids sector.
Expand the customer portfolio through business development activities with end users, distributors, and agent networks.
Manage and develop long-term commercial relationships with key customers.
Promote and position the MotulTech brand in the Italian industrial market.
Collaborate with international Business Development Managers (BDMs) to acquire and transfer technical product expertise.
Specific Responsibilities
Provide technical and application support to customers to ensure proper product use and maximize performance.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and development through direct contact with the market.
Support distributors and agents with technical and sales training.
Monitor the market, competitors, and trends in the industrial and metalworking sectors.
Participate in technical visits, product trials, and application testing at customer sites.
Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to adapt the offering to local needs.
Prepare commercial reports and sales forecasts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What We're Looking For:
3–8 years of successful B2B technical sales experience in an industrial environment
Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Economics, or a related discipline
Strong affinity for industrial processes, manufacturing environments, and value-added technical solutions
Experience or strong knowledge of industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, manufacturing, maintenance, or related industrial applications
Proven ability to develop business through distributors, agents, and direct customer relationships
Comfortable using CRM tools, sales analytics, and market intelligence to drive performance
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
Bonus points if you have experience in industrial chemistry, metalworking, machine tools, or technical industrial components.

  Business Development Manager  East Midlands Area
 
YOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSION
Responsibility for sales of CHEMARROW and MOTUL industrial lubricants and services across the East Midlands territory
Growing revenue year on year through proactive, targeted sales
Identifying and actively developing prospective distributors and customers
Offering technical support to both new and existing customers throughout the territory
Developing strong relationships to build long-term customer/supplier partnerships
Managing all areas of the sales cycle to increase revenue within the territory
Working closely with our service team and laboratories to fully support our customer base
Liaising with our customer support team to prepare technical proposals and quotations
Ensuring all information is recorded on our bespoke CRM system&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!
Previous role in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Sales within an industrial environment
Experience in both direct and in-direct B2B routes to market
Good written and verbal communication skills — the role involves a high degree of customer contact
Energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation to meet personal and company goals
An ability to take ownership of tasks and problems through to a conclusion
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude
elf-motivation and the discipline to work alone out in the field as well as part of our expanding UK team
A driven, well-presented and professional approach to customers and colleagues
A full UK driving licence with at least 5 years’ experience

Votre rôle en tant que Key Account Manager:
Leader du lubrifiant en France, Motul accélère sa dynamique de croissance sur les marchés automobile et poids-lourds.
Dans ce cadre, nous renforçons notre équipe Grands Comptes avec le recrutement d’un Key Account Manager capable de piloter, développer et incarner notre leadership auprès des réseaux constructeurs, distributeurs, transports et acteurs majeurs du secteur.
1. Développement et pilotage Grands Comptes :
·       Identifier, négocier et développer les accords nationaux (constructeurs, distributeurs, transporteurs, réseaux spécialisés).
 
·       Piloter les engagements contractuels, le mix produit, les conditions commerciales et la rentabilité.
 
·       Mettre en place des plans d’affaires annuels (Master Plan) avec suivi chiffré, reporting et indicateurs de performance.
 
·       Conduire les négociations complexes et débloquer les situations via une approche category management et business ROI.
 
2. Animation &amp; coordination terrain :
·       Travailler en lien direct avec les Managers Commerciaux régionaux pour assurer le déploiement des accords sur le terrain.
 
·       Se rendre régulièrement sur site client pour ancrer la relation et piloter la performance.
 
·       Former, informer et motiver le réseau interne sur les priorités, opérations et leviers business.
 
·       Participer à l’ensemble des événements de la marque (plusieurs à l’année).
 
3. Croissance et innovation :
·       Détecter les nouvelles opportunités de gamme et de partenariat (accessoires, produits dérivés, services).
 
·       Contribuer à la stratégie marketing et trade marketing : activation, événements, conventions.
 
·       Assurer la veille concurrentielle et le benchmark permanent des offres marché.

A propos de toi :
Tu as une expérience commerciale minimale de 5 ans, Business Development ou Négociation Grands Comptes dans un environnement automobile, moto, poids-lourds ou distribution spécialisée.
Tu as des solides compétences en négociation, pilotage de contrat, category management et analyse financière.
  
Tu as une aisance relationnelle et une capacité à embarquer et convaincre.
  
Tu maîtrises des outils de pilotage commercial (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, SAP idéalement).
  
Tu te débrouilles bien en anglais.
  
Tu es titulaire du Permis B.
