Pflege von Vertragsdaten, Soll-Ist-Listen und Durchführung von Sonderauswertungen Monitoring von Vertragserfüllungsquoten inkl. Abweichungsanalysen Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports und Analysen für Vertrieb, Management und Controlling Analyse von KPIs wie Vertragserfüllung, Zahlungsstatus, Laufzeiten, Risiken Koordination des Mahnwesens bei nicht erfüllten Vertragsleistungen Koordination von Rückfragen zwischen Rechtsanwälten und internen Teams Erstellung kleiner Automatisierungen (z. B. via Excel-Makros, Power BI Dashboards, Copilot)
