Job Title : Demand Planning Lead 
Location : Cypress, CA (onsite)
Schedule : Full-time
Pay range : $60-$75/hr 

About the role
The Demand Planning Lead supports the North America BU’s growth strategy and owns all linked supply chain initiatives surrounding demand planning, forecasting, inventories, and S&amp;OP planning.
1. S&amp;OP and Forecasting
Lead the monthly S&amp;OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely decision-making, and clear communication of risks and opportunities
Design and improve standardized demand planning and S&amp;OP processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across all channels (retail, distributors, Tier 1, eCommerce)
Monitor forecast accuracy using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
Identify supply-demand imbalances and propose actionable, scenario-based solutions
Partner with Channel Leads to improve forecast accuracy and service levels
2. Inventory Management
Define and manage inventory strategies, including safety stock policies and ABC segmentation
Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory (SLOB) and improve inventory health
3. Reporting, Analysis &amp; Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and key customers
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP, including master data management
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for planning processes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education / Qualification: 
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required  
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus 
 
Experience needed: 
8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related functions 
Proven experience managing or leading S&amp;OP processes in a cross-functional environment 
Demonstrated track record of improving forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and planning processes 
Deep knowledge of key inventory performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, MAPE, bias, safety stock, ABC, etc.
Experience in multi-channel environments (e.g., retail, distribution, eCommerce, Tier 1 accounts)
Strong exposure to data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and inventory optimization 
IT Knowledge:             
  
ERP systems (SAP) 
Business analytics (Power BI) 
Microsoft Office Suite – excellent Excel capabilities 
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

 What You Will Be Doing
Drive PCMO sales growth throughout the Northeast U.S. region (from Baltimore to New York City) by building strong relationships with existing/new repair shops and distributors, by effectively calling and visiting both retail and distributor’s sales teams.   
Identify and onboard new business with repair shops, fleet operators and municipalities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Motul’s national objectives.
Represent Motul at key Industry events, Customer visits, and training sessions.
Deliver product training and support on Motul’s products to customers ensuring optimal application and while driving increased sales and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to meet regional goals.
Collaborate with the marketing, supply chain, technical and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage contracts, support collections, and ensure regional budget compliance.
Track competitor activity and provide insights to strengthen Motul’s market position.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What You Bring
3-8 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably in lubricants and oil.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
Deep understanding of lubricant products and applications in the automotive segment.
Proven history of autonomous field work: identifying prospects, conducting shop visits, cold calling, nurturing accounts face‑to‑face,
and driving territory growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High degree of autonomy and organization; able to prioritize effectively across a wide territory.
Strong skills in tools : CRM (Zoho), sales reporting (Power BI), Presentation (PPT), ERP(SAP), MS Office, Excel and remote collaboration.  
Willingness to travel frequently up to 70% of the time (valid driver license required).
Able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.

The Senior Accountant ensures accurate and timely financial reporting by maintaining up-to-date financial records in accordance with accepted accounting principles and company policies.
1. Financial close and reporting   
Complete assigned month-end closing activities to ensure Business Day 4 (BD4) close and timely submission of financial results to Headquarters.
Prepare, review, and post accurate and timely general journal entries.
Calculate and record month-end provisions within areas of responsibility.
Ensure alignment and reconciliation between SAP and Power BI reporting systems.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial and business transaction records.
Review and investigate discrepancies between invoices and planned purchase costs.
Identify reasons for variances and prepare appropriate cost allocations.
Ensure accurate accounting related to company purchases.
Monitor and control business credit card expense reporting and accounting.
Perform monthly cash reconciliations (local and foreign currency).
Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
Review and verify payment documentation in accordance with payment day procedures.
2. Internal Controls, Compliance &amp; Process Improvement 
Prepare and submit required statutory filings to state and federal authorities.
Manage local tax filings and compliance requirements.
Review annual corporate tax filings.
Ensure accounting methods, policies, and procedures comply with applicable regulations and company standards.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting files and documentation.
Provide support during external audits.
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with accounting principles.
Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems and procedures.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education &amp; Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Certifications &amp; Licenses
CPA license preferred
Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Technical &amp; Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred, including:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Complex formulas
Dynamic spreadsheets and data analysis
Experience with SAP and other ERP systems
Working knowledge of CRM systems    
Salary range:
