1.      Customer Relationship management
·         Build strong long-term relationships, identify challenges and opportunities to ensure success within the account.

·        Communicate with customers on any billing issue or credit holds.
·        Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
·        Partner with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and National Sales Managers, to ensure seamless customer experience.
·        Effective communication and collaboration between departments for the benefit of the customer.
 2.      Account growth and sales enablement
·        Review customer order patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
·        Analyze SKU &amp; add upsell complementary SKU to sell a full portfolio &amp; sales mix.
·        Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.
·        Follow up on new business leads and direct them to the appropriate Sales Representatives.
·        Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
 3.      Order and Process management
·        Enter, proof, and process orders in SAP for customer acknowledgment.
·        Monitor daily order activities to optimize fulfillment and maintain efficiency.
·        Track customer creation process and ensure customer onboarding process is successful.
·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education / Qualification:
1)     Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field.
 Experience needed:
1)     3–5 years of experience in key account management, inside sales, or sales operations.
2)     Experience in the lubricants, manufacturing, or industrial distribution sector is an asset.
 IT Knowledge:           
1)      ERP and CRM systems (SAP required)
2)     Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent knowledge of Excel

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Laboratory Technician to join our Quality team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, and Quality teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, traded products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications
Review and validate supplier Certificates of Analysis and issue CoAs for finished products
Record, manage, and verify laboratory data in LIMS, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance
Maintain statistical data for process monitoring and quality reporting
Support investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) results, including re-sampling, testing, and data collection
Assist in root cause analysis and documentation of non-conforming materials
Participate in product and process audits and provide analytical support for customer requirements and technical service activities
Maintain laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, maintenance, method implementation, and sample/document control
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including optimization of testing methods and laboratory procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, and Quality teams to support production and quality objectives
Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory standards, and safety requirements, and support internal/external audits&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What We’re Looking For
Familiarity with analytical techniques and laboratory equipment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of LIMS and quality systems is a plus
Knowledge of physicochemical testing methods and laboratory techniques
Ability to perform analysis and accurately interpret results
Experience identifying and supporting investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results
Familiarity with laboratory method validation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Understanding of statistical tools for monitoring and controlling quality parameters
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data recording, analysis, and reporting.
Education &amp; Experience
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field preferred.
Technical diploma or equivalent laboratory training in chemical analysis or quality control may be considered with relevant experience
1–3 years of laboratory or quality control experience preferably in: lubricants, metalworking fluids, specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, industrial manufacturing environments

About the role
The Demand Planning Lead supports the North America BU’s growth strategy and owns all linked supply chain initiatives surrounding demand planning, forecasting, inventories, and S&amp;OP planning.
1. S&amp;OP and Forecasting
Lead the monthly S&amp;OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely decision-making, and clear communication of risks and opportunities
Design and improve standardized demand planning and S&amp;OP processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across all channels (retail, distributors, Tier 1, eCommerce)
Monitor forecast accuracy using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
Identify supply-demand imbalances and propose actionable, scenario-based solutions
Partner with Channel Leads to improve forecast accuracy and service levels
2. Inventory Management
Define and manage inventory strategies, including safety stock policies and ABC segmentation
Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory (SLOB) and improve inventory health
3. Reporting, Analysis &amp; Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and key customers
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP, including master data management
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for planning processes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education / Qualification: 
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required  
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus 
 
Experience needed: 
8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related functions 
Proven experience managing or leading S&amp;OP processes in a cross-functional environment 
Demonstrated track record of improving forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and planning processes 
Deep knowledge of key inventory performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, MAPE, bias, safety stock, ABC, etc.
Experience in multi-channel environments (e.g., retail, distribution, eCommerce, Tier 1 accounts)
Strong exposure to data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and inventory optimization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supply Chain Strategy &amp; Execution

EDUCATION
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field required
· Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
· Experience15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership within industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments
· Proven track record leading end-to-end supply chain functions, including planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution
· Experience operating across multiple countries within the Americas, managing regional complexity and diverse operating models
· Demonstrated success improving service levels, inventory performance, and cost efficiency at scale
· Experience leading or implementing demand planning and S&amp;OP processes across a regional or global organization
· Strong, hands-on experience with SAP, including its application across planning, inventory, and logistics processes
· Experience managing 3PL providers, logistics networks, and transportation strategies (inbound and outbound)
· Exposure to consulting or transformation environments is a plus

EDUCATION 
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or another analytical discipline required
- MBA from a top-tier program strongly preferred
Candidates without an MBA should demonstrate equivalent analytical rigor through career progression and scope of responsibility

EXPERIENCE

5–8 years of total professional experience with a clearly accelerated trajectory
Background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., strategy, transformation, or
performance engagements) required

2–3+ years of post-consulting experience in a strategy, transformation, or equivalent operating role within a multinational environment required

Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end transformation initiatives—driving execution, not just advising

Experience working directly with C-suite or Executive Committee stakeholders in complex organizations

Exposure to multi-country or regional operations, ideally across the Americas
