We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Laboratory Technician to join our Quality team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, and Quality teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, traded products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications
Review and validate supplier Certificates of Analysis and issue CoAs for finished products
Record, manage, and verify laboratory data in LIMS, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance
Maintain statistical data for process monitoring and quality reporting
Support investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) results, including re-sampling, testing, and data collection
Assist in root cause analysis and documentation of non-conforming materials
Participate in product and process audits and provide analytical support for customer requirements and technical service activities
Maintain laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, maintenance, method implementation, and sample/document control
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including optimization of testing methods and laboratory procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, and Quality teams to support production and quality objectives
Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory standards, and safety requirements, and support internal/external audits&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What We’re Looking For
Familiarity with analytical techniques and laboratory equipment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of LIMS and quality systems is a plus
Knowledge of physicochemical testing methods and laboratory techniques
Ability to perform analysis and accurately interpret results
Experience identifying and supporting investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results
Familiarity with laboratory method validation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Understanding of statistical tools for monitoring and controlling quality parameters
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data recording, analysis, and reporting.
Education &amp; Experience
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field preferred.
Technical diploma or equivalent laboratory training in chemical analysis or quality control may be considered with relevant experience
1–3 years of laboratory or quality control experience preferably in: lubricants, metalworking fluids, specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, industrial manufacturing environments

About the role
The Demand Planning Lead supports the North America BU’s growth strategy and owns all linked supply chain initiatives surrounding demand planning, forecasting, inventories, and S&amp;OP planning.
1. S&amp;OP and Forecasting
Lead the monthly S&amp;OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely decision-making, and clear communication of risks and opportunities
Design and improve standardized demand planning and S&amp;OP processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across all channels (retail, distributors, Tier 1, eCommerce)
Monitor forecast accuracy using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
Identify supply-demand imbalances and propose actionable, scenario-based solutions
Partner with Channel Leads to improve forecast accuracy and service levels
2. Inventory Management
Define and manage inventory strategies, including safety stock policies and ABC segmentation
Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory (SLOB) and improve inventory health
3. Reporting, Analysis &amp; Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and key customers
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP, including master data management
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for planning processes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education / Qualification: 
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required  
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus 
 
Experience needed: 
8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related functions 
Proven experience managing or leading S&amp;OP processes in a cross-functional environment 
Demonstrated track record of improving forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and planning processes 
Deep knowledge of key inventory performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, MAPE, bias, safety stock, ABC, etc.
Experience in multi-channel environments (e.g., retail, distribution, eCommerce, Tier 1 accounts)
Strong exposure to data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and inventory optimization

EDUCATION 
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or another analytical discipline required
- MBA from a top-tier program strongly preferred
Candidates without an MBA should demonstrate equivalent analytical rigor through career progression and scope of responsibility

EXPERIENCE

5–8 years of total professional experience with a clearly accelerated trajectory
Background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., strategy, transformation, or
performance engagements) required

2–3+ years of post-consulting experience in a strategy, transformation, or equivalent operating role within a multinational environment required

Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end transformation initiatives—driving execution, not just advising

Experience working directly with C-suite or Executive Committee stakeholders in complex organizations

Exposure to multi-country or regional operations, ideally across the Americas

Background in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments preferred

Votre rôle en tant que Acheteur Achats Indirects Confirmé:
-Coordonner et Piloter les missions d’achats sur son périmètre : Veille stratégique, identification et mutualisation des besoins de l’entreprise, formalisation des cahiers des charges en collaboration avec les clients internes, prospection et sélection des fournisseurs, gestion d’appels d’offres, négociations diverses, contractualisation, suivi des commandes et gestion des litiges, respect des normes et des réglementations (conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur et les engagements RSE), utilisation et optimisation des bases de données et des outils achats internes, contrôle de la bonne exécution des contrats et évaluation de la performance Achats de son périmètre.
- Animer le panel existant de fournisseurs en contribuant à sa rationalisation et en procédant à son évaluation annuelle.
- Intégrer une équipe Achats Indirects récente en pleine transformation et se fera le Relais de la stratégie Achats auprès des différents interlocuteurs et fonctions supports internes du Groupe en France et à l’étranger, tout en contribuant à l’amélioration et à l’optimisation des process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
A propos de toi :
Tu as de belles expériences sur un poste d’acheteur Achats indirects (idéalement 5 ans ou plus).

Tu as une maîtrise des techniques d’Achats (sourcing, négociation, contractualisation, optimisation, reporting)
.
Tu es très à l'aise avec l'anglais.

Tu es capable de t'adapter à toute situation tout en sachant gérer les urgence.

Tu maitrises Excel et de Power BI, de SAP et des outils bureautiques.

Votre rôle en tant que Product Communication Coordinator:
Au sein d’un environnement international et multi-projets, le Product Communication Coordinator joue un rôle central dans la production et le déploiement des contenus de communication produit, en assurant leur réalisation , la coordination avec les prestataires externes, la structuration  et la bonne mise en œuvre des campagnes et des assets .
Missions principales :
· Assurer la production et le déploiement des campagnes de communication produit
· Garantir qualité, respect des délais et coordination avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
·  Piloter la production des supports de communication (print, digital, vidéo, event) : brochures produits B2B/B2C, toolkits (ppt) de lancement, contenus vidéo (démonstrations, contenus technologiques, tutoriels), assets digitaux (social media, display), visuels explicatifs (infographies, 3D), contenus pédagogiques (Motul School) et supports événementiels
· Coordonner les agences et prestataires : rédaction des briefs, suivi des productions, gestion des allers-retours créatifs, cohérence multiformats,
· Assurer la diffusion des supports auprès des marchés : mise à disposition (DAM), structuration des kits, accompagnement des adaptations locales
· Gérer les plannings de production en priorisant
· Contrôler la qualité et conformité des contenus : respect des guidelines visuelles de marque, cohérence des messages, vérification des formats
· Négocier et suivre les budgets et assurer un reporting régulier des projets

 Collaborating with other IT functional and technical teams as well as TMA teams (on site, nearshore)

 About you :

What You Bring

Proven history of autonomous field work: identifying prospects, conducting shop visits, cold calling, nurturing accounts face‑to‑face,
and driving territory growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
High degree of autonomy and organization; able to prioritize effectively across a wide territory.
Strong skills in tools : CRM (Zoho), sales reporting (Power BI), Presentation (PPT), ERP(SAP), MS Office, Excel and remote collaboration.  
Willingness to travel frequently up to 70% of the time (valid driver license required).
Able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.

Mission principale
Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale, le/la Business Development Manager est responsable du développement commercial, du pilotage de la rentabilité et de l’accompagnement des partenaires sur son territoire.
Il/elle a pour mission de développer durablement l’activité de la région qui lui est confiée, en accompagnant les partenaires dans l’étude des marchés locaux, la mise en place d’actions commerciales et marketing, ainsi que dans le suivi de la performance business.
Principales responsabilités

1. Gestion et accompagnement des partenaires
Assurer la gestion et le suivi des partenaires sur son territoire.
Accompagner les partenaires dans l’analyse et le développement de leurs marchés locaux.
Construire une relation de proximité avec les partenaires afin de soutenir leur croissance et leur performance.
Réaliser des visites régulières chez les partenaires afin de suivre l’activité, comprendre les enjeux terrain et identifier les leviers de développement.

2. Développement commercial
Développer le chiffre d’affaires et les volumes sur sa zone.
Mettre en place des plans d’action adaptés pour développer les ventes et améliorer la pénétration de marché.
Développer les relations commerciales et les partenariats locaux.
Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités de business.
Assurer la prospection sur les territoires non encore développés.

3. Pricing et positionnement marché
Participer à l’élaboration des listes de prix en cohérence avec les études de marché et le positionnement recherché.
Veiller à la compétitivité de l’offre sur le marché tout en garantissant le niveau de rentabilité attendu.
Recommander les ajustements nécessaires selon les évolutions du marché, de la concurrence et des coûts.

4. Mise en œuvre des plans marketing
Accompagner les partenaires dans l’exécution des plans marketing définis avec les équipes marketing.
Veiller à la bonne application des actions de visibilité, d’activation et de développement de la marque sur le terrain.
S’assurer de la cohérence entre les actions marketing et les objectifs commerciaux.

5. Analyse de la performance et pilotage
Assurer le suivi régulier des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs de performance.
Être en mesure de lire, comprendre et analyser les données commerciales afin de détecter les écarts, anticiper les risques et proposer des plans d’action correctifs.
Piloter la performance de sa région en volumes et en rentabilité.
Réaliser une veille concurrentielle active sur les marchés de son territoire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Issu·e d’une formation supérieure (école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou équivalent), vous disposez d’une expérience réussie en business development ou développement commercial, idéalement en environnement B2B ou réseau de distribution.
Vous maîtrisez les enjeux de développement de marché, de pricing et de pilotage de la performance, et êtes à l’aise avec l’analyse des données commerciales et des indicateurs clés.
