L’équipe Infrastructure &amp; Opérations souhaite structurer et optimiser le pilotage des services IT (Incident, Request, Change) dans un environnement Digital Workplace Microsoft.
Le Service Delivery Manager pilote un support niveau 1 externalisé et une équipe interne niveau 2.
Il garantit la qualité de service, la gestion des incidents majeurs, le pilotage des changements et l’expérience utilisateur.
Le rôle combine Service Delivery, Incident Management et Change Management, avec une forte interaction métier et fournisseur.
La volumétrie actuelle totalise 600 tickets/mois niveau 1, 40 tickets niveau 2/semaine et env. 20 demandes de changements./ semaines.
 Votre rôle en tant que Service Delivery Manager :
Pilotage du support N1 externalisé et N2 interne
Gestion des incidents majeurs (P1/P2) et coordination de crise
Pilotage du Change Management (CAB, RFC, planning)
Suivi de la performance (SLA, KPI, CSAT)
Pilotage du fournisseur et animation COPIL/COMOP
Gestion du cycle de vie utilisateurs (Joiners / Movers / Leavers)
Gestion du catalogue de services et optimisation des demandes
Support VIP et accompagnement des utilisateurs sensibles
Amélioration continue des processus ITSM et gestion documentaire/transfert de l’information&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
A propos de toi :
Vous avez plus de 3 ans d’expérience en Service Delivery, support IT ou ITSM.
Vous êtes certifié ITIL (certification recommandée).
Vous êtes à l'aise Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Intune.
Vous maitrisez les outils ITSM (Jira, EasyVista).
Vous avez déja travaillé sur des outils d’observabilité (Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana Labs ).

Votre mission

Structurer et optimiser le panel de transporteurs et transitaires (≈20 partenaires)

2. Pilotage des opérations de transport
Superviser les flux routiers et maritimes (export, intersites, distribution)
Arbitrer les priorités opérationnelles (clients stratégiques, urgences, contraintes capacitaires)
Gérer les incidents transport (sécurisation, vols, no-show, blocages)
Activer et piloter les plans de continuité en contexte de crise

3. Maîtrise des coûts &amp; fiabilité financière
Piloter les coûts transport (achat &amp; vente) et en garantir la fiabilité
Suivre les engagements financiers (commandes, provisions, facturation)
Analyser les écarts et anomalies (factures, incoterms, provisions)
Contribuer à la robustesse des processus Finance / Supply Chain

4. Coordination transverse &amp; influence interne
Être le point de référence transport entre Supply Chain, Finance, Service Clients et partenaires externes
Animer et accompagner les équipes internationales (12 filiales)
Identifier les risques majeurs (capacités, dépendances, géopolitiques) et définir des plans de contingence

5. Performance transport &amp; transformation
Définir et piloter les indicateurs clés (taux de service, délais, coûts, CO₂)
Conduire les revues de performance transporteurs et plans d’amélioration
Déployer la roadmap RSE transport (réduction CO₂, multimodal, optimisation des flux)
Piloter les projets de transformation (TMS, digitalisation, optimisation des schémas logistiques)
Identifier et délivrer des gains durables (coûts, délais, qualité)

6. Décision &amp; arbitrage opérationnel
Arbitrer au quotidien entre coût, service, sécurité et délai
Prendre des décisions rapides en environnement contraint (crises, tensions capacitaires)
Préparer les dossiers de décision stratégiques pour la Direction Générale&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Expérience significative (7-10 ans minimum) en transport international (routier et maritime)

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing the full end-to-end financial processes of the business unit, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). What you will do? 

Financial Operations &amp; Reporting

·Lead and manage the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR, and GL processes
·Ensure accurate and timely month-end, and year-end closings
·Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Motul Group standards
·Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance and data integrity
·Ensure reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and proper documentation of all transactions
Accounts Payable (AP)
·Oversee vendor management and payment processes
·Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and approvals
·Optimize working capital through effective payables management
·Maintain strong internal controls over disbursements
Accounts Receivable (AR)
·Own strategic oversight of AR, credit policy, and risk management
·Drive working capital improvements through DSO, aging, and collections performance

General Ledger (GL)

What You Will Be Doing
Drive PCMO sales growth throughout the Northeast U.S. region (Boston) by building strong relationships with existing/new repair shops and distributors, by effectively calling and visiting both retail and distributor’s sales teams.   
Identify and onboard new business with repair shops, fleet operators and municipalities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Motul’s national objectives.
Represent Motul at key Industry events, Customer visits, and training sessions.
Deliver product training and support on Motul’s products to customers ensuring optimal application and while driving increased sales and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to meet regional goals.
Collaborate with the marketing, supply chain, technical and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage contracts, support collections, and ensure regional budget compliance.
Track competitor activity and provide insights to strengthen Motul’s market position.

What You Bring
3-8 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably in lubricants and oil.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
Deep understanding of lubricant products and applications in the automotive segment.
Proven history of autonomous field work: identifying prospects, conducting shop visits, cold calling, nurturing accounts face‑to‑face,and driving territory growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

High degree of autonomy and organization; able to prioritize effectively across a wide territory.
Strong skills in tools : CRM (Zoho), sales reporting (Power BI), Presentation (PPT), ERP(SAP), MS Office, Excel and remote collaboration.  
Willingness to travel frequently up to 70% of the time (valid driver license required).
Able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.

About the role
The Demand Planning Lead supports the North America BU’s growth strategy and owns all linked supply chain initiatives surrounding demand planning, forecasting, inventories, and S&amp;OP planning.
1. S&amp;OP and Forecasting
Lead the monthly S&amp;OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely decision-making, and clear communication of risks and opportunities
Design and improve standardized demand planning and S&amp;OP processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across all channels (retail, distributors, Tier 1, eCommerce)
Monitor forecast accuracy using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
Identify supply-demand imbalances and propose actionable, scenario-based solutions
Partner with Channel Leads to improve forecast accuracy and service levels
2. Inventory Management
Define and manage inventory strategies, including safety stock policies and ABC segmentation
Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory (SLOB) and improve inventory health
3. Reporting, Analysis &amp; Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and key customers
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP, including master data management
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for planning processes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education / Qualification: 
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required  
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus 
 
Experience needed: 
8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related functions 
Proven experience managing or leading S&amp;OP processes in a cross-functional environment 
Demonstrated track record of improving forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and planning processes 
Deep knowledge of key inventory performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, MAPE, bias, safety stock, ABC, etc.
Experience in multi-channel environments (e.g., retail, distribution, eCommerce, Tier 1 accounts)
Strong exposure to data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and inventory optimization 
IT Knowledge:
