As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently across Motul's North American supply chain. Working closely with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams, you will help ensure timely deliveries, import and export compliance, inventory accuracy, and exceptional service for our customers. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, leveraging data to drive decisions, and taking ownership to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 

What You'll Do 

Tender, Track, and Trace Freight  
Tender freight and coordinate pickups, delivery appointments, and shipment requirements with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PL partners.  
Track and trace domestic and international shipments from pickup through final delivery.  
Support transportation across parcel, LTL, full truckload, LCL, ocean, and other freight modes.  
Monitor shipment milestones and proactively follow up on delays, missed appointments, damages, shortages, and other incidents.  
Provide clear shipment status updates and take ownership of exceptions through resolution.  
Support freight movements related to imports from Global destinations.  
Prepare Shipping Documentation
Create and review basic shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping bills, delivery of paperwork, and related shipment records.  
Collect, organize, and verify documents needed for domestic, import, and export shipments.  
Maintain accurate transportation and shipment information in SAP and related systems.  
Support Import and Export Activity
Apply or quickly develop working knowledge of Incoterms and basic import and export compliance requirements.  
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to support international shipments.  
Assist with shipment expediting and follow up on documentation or clearance issues that may delay delivery. 
Escalate compliance questions or shipment risks to the appropriate internal or external partner.  
Support Freight Accuracy and Improvement
Review freight information and supporting documents for accuracy.  
Assist with freight invoice review and follow up on billing discrepancies when needed.
Maintain organized logistics records and shipment files.  
Identify recurring transportation issues and support practical process improvements.  
Help document standard operating procedures and best practices.  
Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide concise updates on shipment priorities, risks, and actions. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What You Bring
Education
Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or related field required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) is a plus, not a requirement. 
Experience
3-5 years experience in transportation, freight coordination, logistics operations, shipping, or supply chain function. 
Hands-on experience tendering, tracking, and tracing freight across one or more modes, such as parcel, LTL, truckload, LCL, or ocean.
Experience coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, suppliers, or 3PL partners.
Working knowledge of bills of lading, shipping documents, freight terms, and shipment exception management.
Knowledge of Incoterms and basic import and export compliance is preferred. Candidates who can learn these areas quickly will also be considered.
Experience with SAP or another ERP or transportation system is preferred.
Experience in automotive, lubricants, industrial products, chemicals, consumer goods, aftermarket, or other SKU-intensive industries is a plus. 
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; including sorting, filtering, lookups.
Strong data analysis.
Ability to maintain accurate records and work with high shipment volumes and multiple priorities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills are important.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required.

The AP/AR prepares and keep financial and business transactions data up to date applying accepted procedures and prepares reports to ensure accurate accounting records.  The AP/AR will be responsible for reconciling and analyzing ledger accounts, aided the production of monthly and annual financial entries and supporting monthly financial reports.
What you’ll do
1.Accounts Payable
·Process vendor invoices by verifying transactions details and matching them to purchase orders
·Schedule and execute payments in accordance with company policies and vendor term
·Maintain accurate records of all disbursements and reconcile AP subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger.
·Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
·Coordinate AP operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, and expense report management in larger organizations

2. Accounts Receivable
·Generate and send customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
·Apply incoming payments to the correct accounts and manage collections for overdue balances
·Monitor cash flow cycles and maintain accurate records for financial reporting
·Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline the customer journey from initial engagement to full activation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What you bring
Education / Qualification:
1)     Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field required.
2)     Master's degree in finance is a plus.
3)     NACM certification is a plus
Experience needed:
1)      3 to 5 yrs experience in finance roles.
2)     Prior experience in a similar role in the distribution, wholesale, or logistic industry.
Language:                                  
1)     English: bilingual
2)     Spanish or French: nice to have
IT Knowledge:           
1)     Proficient and effective in SAP

What You Will Be Doing
Drive PCMO sales growth throughout the Northeast U.S. region (Boston) by building strong relationships with existing/new repair shops and distributors, by effectively calling and visiting both retail and distributor’s sales teams.   
Identify and onboard new business with repair shops, fleet operators and municipalities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Motul’s national objectives.
Represent Motul at key Industry events, Customer visits, and training sessions.
Deliver product training and support on Motul’s products to customers ensuring optimal application and while driving increased sales and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to meet regional goals.
Collaborate with the marketing, supply chain, technical and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage contracts, support collections, and ensure regional budget compliance.
Track competitor activity and provide insights to strengthen Motul’s market position.

What You Bring

Deep understanding of lubricant products and applications in the automotive segment.
Proven history of autonomous field work: identifying prospects, conducting shop visits, cold calling, nurturing accounts face‑to‑face,and driving territory growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

High degree of autonomy and organization; able to prioritize effectively across a wide territory.
Strong skills in tools : CRM (Zoho), sales reporting (Power BI), Presentation (PPT), ERP(SAP), MS Office, Excel and remote collaboration.  
Willingness to travel frequently up to 70% of the time (valid driver license required).
Able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
