The Head of Finance, Americas is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, governance, and strategic decision support across a complex, multi-country region. Reporting to the CEO, Americas, this role ensures strong financial discipline, accurate reporting, and alignment with global standards, while acting as a key business partner to support growth, profitability, and transformation initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Strategy &amp; Performance

• Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the Americas
• Monitor and drive regional P&amp;L performance, ensuring strong cost control and financial discipline
• Optimize working capital and cash flow management
• Support strategic decisions, investments, and CapEx through robust financial analysis and scenario planning
Governance, Compliance &amp; Transformation

• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and alignment with global finance standards
• Oversee compliance, internal controls, and regional tax and regulatory matters
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including systems, processes, and reporting improvements
• Maintain strong risk management practices and financial transparency
Business Partnering &amp; Leadership

• Act as a trusted finance partner to RexCOM and regional leadership, leading performance reviews
• Build and strengthen finance business partnering across functions and markets
• Lead, develop, and align regional finance teams in a multi-country environment
• Foster a high-performance culture with strong analytical rigor and accountability&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required
• MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus
EXPERIENCE

• 12–18 years of experience in finance leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Head of Finance, FP&amp;A)
• Strong expertise in P&amp;L management, cash flow optimization, and financial planning
• Experience operating in multi-country environments, ideally across the Americas
• Proven track record in business partnering and supporting strategic decisions
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with strong preference for SAP
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments preferred
• Exposure to Brazil finance, including SAP and tax systems, is a strong advantage

EXPERTISE

• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (FP&amp;A)

• Tax and regulatory management in multi-country environments

The Head of IT Business Applications, Americas is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the regional IT applications landscape. This role ensures the effective deployment, integration, and performance of core business systems (ERP, CRM, BI, and data platforms), while aligning IT capabilities with business priorities and digital transformation goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Strategy &amp; Business Alignment

• Define and execute the IT applications roadmap aligned with business priorities and transformation initiatives
• Act as a key interface between IT and business teams, ensuring solutions meet operational and commercial needs
• Partner closely with the Head of Digital &amp; Data and regional leadership to drive value from IT investments
Systems, Integration &amp; Delivery

• Lead deployment, integration, and optimization of core systems (ERP, CRM, BI, data architecture) across the Americas
• Drive ERP standardization and harmonization across multiple countries
• Oversee system reliability, performance, and application lifecycle management (upgrades, enhancements)
• Ensure successful delivery of IT projects on time and within budget
Governance, Adoption &amp; Operations

• Ensure alignment with global IT standards, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks
• Drive user adoption, change management, and training across business functions
• Manage external vendors and system integrators to deliver high-quality solutions
• Optimize IT costs, performance, and operational efficiency&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required
• MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Certifications such as SAP, PMP, or Agile are advantageous

EXPERIENCE

• 10–12 years of experience in IT applications or systems leadership roles
• Strong ERP experience (SAP or equivalent), including multi-country rollouts
• Proven track record managing complex IT programs and large-scale system deployments
• Experience operating in multi-country or regional environments (Americas preferred)
• Strong exposure to business processes (finance, supply chain, sales)
• Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and IT budgets
• Exposure to Brazil (Finance systems and localization) is a strong advantage
EXPERTISE

• ERP leadership (SAP or equivalent) and enterprise application ecosystems
• Systems integration and data architecture alignment

• Large-scale program and project management

1. Financial close and reporting
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes; ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Assist with financial statement preparation and variance analysis.
Review and explain variances between actual vs. budgeted or committed costs.
 2. Account Reconciliations &amp; maintenance
Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Review and analyze inventory reconciliations, cost tracking, and work with operations for accuracy.
 3. Tax &amp; Compliance support
Assist in the preparation of statutory returns and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Support preparation of sales, use, and tax returns.
Prepare tax schedules for local and federal filings.
 4. Audit &amp; Cross-functional support
Support external audits by preparing schedules, responding to auditor requests, and ensuring all requirements are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing accounting insights and resolving issues.
Ensure compliance and internal accounting policies.
Identify areas for process improvement and initiate corrective actions to enhance systems and procedures.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education / Qualification:
1)     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
2)     Master’s degree preferred
Experience needed:
1) 5+yrs experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
2) Experience in a senior accounting role or as a lead accountant in a medium to large-sized organization.
3) Direct involvement in external audits, preparing necessary documentation, responding to auditor queries, and ensuring compliance with regulations.&lt;br /&gt;
